This 4-week virtual series blends live vitual classes with on-your-own asynchronous practices to help you rebuild momentum and reconnect with your vitality, creativity, and joy. Rooted in trauma-informed principles and nervous system care, each offering is crafted to meet you exactly where you are.
What’s included:
🌞 One virtual Slow Flow yoga class each Tuesday at 10am ET—featuring breath, gentle postures, and meditative tools to nourish and restore.
💌 A weekly email with breathwork audio, yoga nidra recordings, and journal prompts to support deeper reflection and integration.
🌙 A final virtual evening session with time for reflection, journaling, gentle movement, and deep rest.
