Journey to Solstice offers an asynchronous, four-week exploration designed to support you through the darkest days of the year and guide you back to the steady glow within.

Each Sunday morning, you will receive an email with a breathing practice, a guided Yoga Nidra meditation, and journal prompts. Materials are available for one full week so you can move at your own pace. Whether you are new to Yoga Nidra or returning to it, the practices are accessible and supportive for all levels.
