Yoga Nidra & Chill combines a gentle and grounding vinyasa (flow) practice, yogic breathwork, and Yoga Nidra guided meditation to invite you into profound relaxation and rest while opening the door to deeper layers of consciousness. This particular class has a winter theme and emphasizes winter as a season of necessary rest and recovery.
The physical yoga practice — movement and breath — releases tension in the physical body, soothes the nervous system and calms the mind in preparation for stillness.
The physical practice is followed by an extended savasana with full Yoga Nidra guided meditation, dissolving deeper layers of stress, relieving fatigue, and cultivating and overall feeling of wellbeing and vitality.
This luxurious 75 minute class is restorative and healing for all layers of being— body, mind, and spirit.
