Experience ease and freedom in movement once again. Join us for Rescue My Wrist & Hands, where you'll discover a holistic approach to alleviate wrist discomfort and build strength.

Through self-massage, yoga postures, and gentle breath techniques, you will learn to release tension and strengthen muscles that are tight and week, alleviating pain and reawakening your tender wrists and hands. 

Expect to come away from this workshop with:

  • effective tools to alleviate pain and discomfort
  • techniques to safely and appropriately strengthen
  • accessible modifications of traditional yoga postures to avoid undue strain

The series will be recorded and available for review for 2 weeks following the workshop to help you reinforce and integrate the material.
